Age limits for piercings:

-4 years old and up - Ear Lobes 

-12 years old and up - Helix 

-13 years old and up - Nose

-14 years old and up - Daith, Rook, Conch, Tragus, Rook, Eyebrow, Navel, Lip,

    Flat, Septum,     

-15 years old and up - Industrial

-16 years old and up - Tongue, Bridge & Angel Fangs

-18 years old and up - Dermals, Surface Piercings, Anti-Tragus, Nipples & Genitals

**ALL minor piercings:  Oklahoma Department of Health requires the following Documents to get pierced:

1. The minor's Birth Certificate  

2. A parent that is on the birth certificate must be present.

3. The parent that is present must have a valid state-issued I.D.

4. Minors must have a form of photo I.D. (school ID, state-issued ID or a Safety ID cards for kids)

A lot of Safety ID's come from your kids' school with their school pictures.
