Minor piercing requirements
Age limits for piercings:
-4 years old and up - Ear Lobes
-13 years old and up - Helix and Nose
-14 years old and up - Daith, Conch, Tragus, rook, anti-tragus, snug, eyebrow, navel, lip
-15 years old and up - Industrial
-16 years old and up - Tongue
**ALL minor piercings: Oklahoma Department of Health requires the following Documents to get pierced:
1. The minor's Birth Certificate
2. A parent that is on the birth certificate must be present.
3. The parent that is present must have a valid state-issued I.D.
4. Minors must have a form of photo I.D. (school ID, state-issued ID or a Safety ID cards for kids)
A lot of Safety ID's come from your kids school with their school pictures.
