Age limits for piercings

Ear Lobes - 4 years old and up

Basic cartilage and nose - 14 years and up

Navel - 15 years and up

Industrial, lip, tongue - 16 years and up

For All minor piercings under the Oklahoma Department of Health the following Documents are required.

1. The minors Birth Certificate  

2. A parent that is on the birth certificate must be present.

3. The parent that is present must have a valid state-issued I.D.

4. Minors must have a form of photo I.D. (school I.d., state-issued, or an Identa kid)
